All greeting cards and art prints from conception to print and packaging are done in house by myself to ensure direct control of the quality of the product you receive.  Greeting cards are printed in thick linen cardstock and printed with a high quality cardstock printer.  Art prints are printed on high quality bright white ultra-smooth matte paper.  The colours seen on your computer screen may vary slightly from the actual print, but we do our best with multiple test prints before finalization to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Can I make special requests on the card/print?
Depending on what your request is, we can definitely try to accommodate! Simple requests would be adding a name/birthday age to the card, a special message inside, etc. Just email us at hello@soapnoteink.com to inquire before placing your order.
  • Do you accept commissions?
If you are a group looking for something commissioned for your department/team, do reach out! Unfortunately I am unable to offer commissions for single piece orders.
  • Is there a way I can get my order faster?
Our default shipping is via Canada Post and is untracked to keep cost low. If you’d like your order sooner or tracked, shoot us an email and we can quote you the expedited options.
  • How will you pick the charities you support?
When I first conceptualized this business, I knew there had to be a component of giving back to the broader community. I’ll be choosing healthcare related charities doing medical research, providing advocacy, medical relief and/or humanitarian aid. If you have a cause that you’d like to support, suggest it on our social media! Also follow along our social media to learn about your impact and the organizations highlighted.
  • I’m bummed my specialty isn’t represented
Trust me when I say my mind is constantly trying to think up puns and designs for all specialties! If you have a funny idea, I’d love to hear it!
  • Are you an actual doctor?
Yes! I am a practicing physician in Ontario, Canada. As you can tell, all my creations are inspired by my time in the medical trenches. I love my practice and caring for my patients. I’m grateful for this fulfilling career and the balance I’ve managed to forge as a physician, wife, mom and now art shop boss lady.
