• Badge reels are designed to hold 1-2oz of weight. Placing multiple IDs and other items may place additional strain or weight on the reel, contributing to accelerated wear and tear

• Each badge reel is assembled by hand and requires 1-4 business days processing; this does NOT include shipping times.
• Package will be sent by letter mail via Canada Post untracked; tracked shipping available for large orders.
• Shipping times (once dispatched):
  • Central Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Eastern & Western Canada: 7-14 business days
  • USA: 5-7 business days
•  We unfortunately cannot guarantee shipping times as delays in the postal service is out of our control. 

Each badge reel is personally inspected to ensure it's proper function before shipment. Please be aware that badge reels are NOT indestructible. They will break/fall apart with excessive force, trauma or dropped on hard surfaces. Please handle with care to ensure it's longevity.  We are not responsible for the common and expected wear and tear damage, and will only guarantee hardware for 4 weeks. All sales are nonrefundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right!
